Directions of use: Steep 1 tea triangle in 1 cup (240 ml) of freshly boiled water for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract and drink.
Recommended dose: Adults - 1 biodegradable tea triangle, 2 times per day.
Duration of use: Use for a minimum of two months to see beneficial effects.
Recommended route of administration: Oral.
